Colder Products Company is seeking an Applications Engineer in Minnesota to drive innovative fluid-connection solutions. You will lead technical discussions, translate customer needs into CPC capabilities, and work closely with engineering to ensure feasible, manufacturable designs.
You’ll define requirements, craft proposals, and partner with the sales team to win programs while serving as a technical resource for customers and stakeholders.

Pay Range: $90,000 – $115,000 Annually This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
