Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in application development, software engineering, systems analysis, or related technology roles.
• Strong hands-on software development experience with Java, Python, and PySpark, including designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications and large-scale data processing solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience performing complex data analysis, query optimization, performance tuning, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.
• Strong experience working with Hadoop ecosystem technologies including Hive, Spark, Impala, HDFS, and enterprise data platforms.

The platform supports critical Funds Transfer Pricing processes globally and continues to expand into new products, business capabilities, cloud modernization initiatives, regulatory programs, and enterprise data transformation efforts. The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level technology leadership role responsible for driving the design, development, implementation, and support of strategic applications and data solutions supporting CitiFTP. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across a globally distributed team while remaining hands-on with application development, data engineering, architecture, and production problem resolution. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership, business partnership, and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative technology solutions that support Treasury's strategic objectives while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence. **Responsibilities****Application Development & Technical Leadership*** Lead the design, development,
