Applications Development Tech Lead (VP) - Hybrid

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals and identify system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business and system processes, adhering to industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming, ensuring design aligns with the architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on advanced system flow knowledge.
• Understand how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure work together to meet goals.
• Analyze issues deeply and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, managing workload as needed.
• Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets, and reporting control issues transparently.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and software programming.
• Proven success in managing and implementing projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one Applications Development area.
• Ability to adapt priorities quickly.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
