Applications Developer - Expert Nightwing is seeking a Full-Stack Applications Developer to support the development and O&M of avariety of systems and initiatives focused on streamlining operations, automating processes, and aligning customer solutions to the overarching digital architecture. The ideal candidate will help promote state‑of‑the‑art IT solutions, collaborating with IT mission partners to share technology and lessons learned to ensure records management processes and requirements are included in the early design stages of IT solutions across the Intelligence Community. TS/SCI with Polygraph required day 1 Additionally, this individual will work in concert with the customer technical interfaces to ensure future plans for technology are in line with the overall customer architecture.

This position requires the candidate to:
The candidate must have detailed experience with AWS and all of its resources (or least its main ones EC2, S3, and RDS), as well as very familiar with Cloud formation to create and maintain AWS resources.
The candidate must also have experience with programming in an Object Oriented Programming language, preferably in Ruby, Python, or NodeJS.
The candidate must have experience with using the AWS SDK in any of its supported languages: Ruby, Python, Java, NodeJS, etc. Java experience would be nice, but it is not mandatory. However, this experience will be vital in helping the development teams utilize AWS correctly. This person must also be willing to help in all cases as well as be familiar with architectural best practices.
He/She will have experience with Jenkins and building Jenkins Pipelines using Groovy, not just Jenkins Jobs using Bash.

The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
