Qualifications

• 1 year of IT experience in applications development or business process analysis with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of IT experience in applications development with an associate’s degree in IT.
• 5 years of IT experience in applications development and/or business process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, develop system requirements, and create solutions for complex applications
• Guide development activities, coordinate project tasks, and monitor progress on major system initiatives
• Build, test, debug, and maintain application code while ensuring alignment with technical standards
• Design application frameworks, database structures, and technology solutions that support long term growth
• Incorporate security requirements, user access controls, and recovery procedures into application designs
• Advise stakeholders, provide training, and recommend technology improvements that strengthen operations
