Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant experience with a four-year degree or 8 years with an advanced degree.
• Techno‑functional Oracle ERP expertise across EBS R12 implementations.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive business and technical proposals with ROI analysis.
• Strong engagement with stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Leadership to drive cross‑functional architectural discussions and decisions.
• Deep Oracle SCM/Financials knowledge and O2C/P2P business cycles.
• Strong Oracle EBS technical skills: SQL/PLSQL, reports, forms, AOL, BI Publisher.
• Experience in change management, project delivery, and code migrations.

Responsibilities
