Job summary

AAON, Inc. seeks a Data Architect/Business Systems Analyst to design and optimize database structures supporting end users. You will develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models and evaluate platforms to ensure seamless system integration.

You will guide metadata strategy, data cleansing, and security, collaborating with stakeholders to address evolving business requirements and drive ERP initiatives including S/4HANA and Ariba transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Hands-on experience supporting Procurement processes in multiple ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA included)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI-AP) is preferred
• Experience with SAP Ariba (procurement and supplier lifecycle integration)
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems and participating in ERP implementations or migrations (including S/4HANA transformations)
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for backlog and delivery management
