Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an entry-level IT/Software Support professional to participate in the design, testing, and maintenance of software applications. You will help document requirements, translate them into functional specs, and train end users on new tools.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CS or related field, 0–1 year healthcare IT experience, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Hybrid work with onsite days and remote collaboration supported.

Summary Participates in the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing software applications. Will also assist in training and supporting end users. If applicable for specific role, must be able to obtain required certifications as outlined by program requirements.
