Job summary

AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY is seeking an Analyst, Applications to prioritize non-SAP and SAP applications, implement solutions, and configure changes to meet end-user needs. You will serve as the main contact for business areas, end users, and vendors supporting the application library.

This role reports to the Manager – IT Applications and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of documentation, and providing end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of desktop and mobile apps (Android/iOS).
• Proficiency in databases: Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Experience with Salesforce, AutoCAD, and Document Management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills in a fast-paced workplace.
• Ability to translate business processes to technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and design solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Networks Applications Team on project execution and improvements.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to business areas including service desk requests.
• Prepare specifications and documentation for changes from IT Support staff.
• Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures and training materials.
• Provide ongoing end-user training and support as required.
• Collaborate on security access and disaster recovery planning.
