$28.43 - $44.07 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Applications Trainer I
• Location: 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville IL
• Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am- 4:30pm
• Required Travel: travel to other corporate and hospital sites will be required
• Hybrid role: primarily onsite expectations

Job Summary

As the Applications Trainer I at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for providing system-wide training and learning solutions including but not limited to: optimization, design, and supporting a variety of end-users on functions, features, and usage of EMR and other technology information systems.

Training delivery methods include classroom instruction, web-based learning, one-on-one coaching, and creating training documents/tools. Acts as the liaison between IT, Operations, and end-users to facilitate understanding of application workflows and functionality.

All Applications Trainers contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and align training solutions with Endeavor Health's goals.

To succeed, you should stay updated on latest solutions and technologies and promote best practices.

What You Will Do

• Support end-users onsite and virtually.
• Deliver training in various formats.
• Design and maintain training strategies and materials.
• Utilize new training technologies and methods.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting systems.
• Respond to training requests and coordinate resolutions.

What You Will Need

• Minimum education: Clinical Associates degree; preferred: Clinical Bachelor degree
• Experience: 1+ year in healthcare or relevant industry
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, flexibility, teamwork, accountability, proficiency in MS Office, customer service, positive attitude, adaptability, and adherence to policies.
