Position Highlights
Job Summary
As the Applications Trainer I at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for providing system-wide training and learning solutions including but not limited to: optimization, design, and supporting a variety of end-users on functions, features, and usage of EMR and other technology information systems.
Training delivery methods include classroom instruction, web-based learning, one-on-one coaching, and creating training documents/tools. Acts as the liaison between IT, Operations, and end-users to facilitate understanding of application workflows and functionality.
All Applications Trainers contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and align training solutions with Endeavor Health's goals.
