Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.

About The Role

This role helps keep applications stable, usable, and well-documented through reliable testing and issue support. The work focuses on finding defects early, documenting issues clearly, and helping teams resolve problems with less disruption. This role fits a structured, process-driven environment with zero tolerance for preventable errors. The role is primarily asynchronous, with clear written updates, documented findings, and reliable follow-through. The team is internationally distributed and works across United States time zones.

What You'll Do
