Job summary

Mobility is seeking a Production Support/SRE professional to ensure enterprise applications run reliably in AWS. You will triage incidents, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and coordinate with engineering during high-severity issues.

You will execute deployments via Ansible and CI/CD, and monitor systems with Splunk/CloudWatch. You will manage patching, upgrades of third-party apps, and health checks, while maintaining runbooks and documentation for smooth onboarding of new apps into

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Application Support, SRE, or Systems Administration.
• Experience supporting production applications in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Deployments (Ansible / CI-CD).
• Experience with Git workflows.
• Experience with Monitoring tools (Splunk or Google Analytics, CloudWatch).
• Synthetic monitoring experience.
• Experience participating in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with patching and lifecycle management (N-1).

Responsibilities

Application Lifecycle & Maintenance

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Application Support, SRE, or Systems Administration Experience supporting production applications in AWS Hands-on experience with: Deployments (Ansible / CI-CD) Git workflows Experience with: Monitoring tools (Splunk or Google Analytics, CloudWatch) Synthetic monitoring Experience participating in 24/7 on-call rotations Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with patching and lifecycle management (N-1)
