Job summary

PEAK6 is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Technology Operations to own SaaS integrations and cloud deployments. You’ll architect and implement experiences across our cloud platform, integrate new investments, and document support processes in collaboration with teams in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

The base salary ranges from $76,800 to $96,000 with discretionary bonus potential. We offer health, 401k, parental leave, and a hybrid work arrangement in Chicago.

• 6+ years of experience supporting integrations of SaaS products and/or cloud systems.
• Experience developing deployment strategies of cloud offerings.
• Experience with Cloud compute platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with administering Office365 and GSuite tenants.
• Experience with managing IDM solutions.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Experience with Video Conferencing solutions such as Zoom.
• Experience administering ticketing platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an Application Support Engineer in Technology Operations, you will be instrumental in the experience of all our employees throughout the PEAK6 lines of business. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, is resourceful in their problem-solving skills and is able to think creatively. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing new cloud offerings while providing deep integration into existing technology investments within Technology Operations. You will take on projects that will require clear communication and completion in a timely manner. We want someone who has a passion for setting the performance bar and thrives in an energetic team environment, while delivering a fully integrated solution that fits into one unified technology stack. PEAK6 Technology Operations places emphasis on delivering white-glove customer service. Therefore, it is imperative for the Application Support Engineer to place value on detail; but also, pair this with a sense of urgency for execution. Technology Operations is looking for people who have compassion and empathy for their teammates and a natural IT intuition who can work harder, faster and smarter while taking technical excellence to a whole new level.
