You will build relationships, explore new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive, value-added solutions and successful project outcomes.

Formación

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.

What You’ll Do

As an Application Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers—understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth. You’ll:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships


• Deliver customer productivity and cost savings by utilizing the full Coromant product and service offering


• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share


• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions


• Use your technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications


• Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up on customer engagements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong interpersonal skills :

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience of at least 10 years in a shop)


• Hands-on experience with CNC machining , CAD/CAM , and cutting tools


• Proven success in problem solving technical applications in a shop environment


• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight)
