A respected professional services organization is looking to hire a DMS Engineer to support, enhance, and manage its portfolio of enterprise and legal applications. You’ll serve as the final tier of application support, contribute to strategic implementations, and collaborate with teams across all levels of the organization including senior leadership.

Experience needed:

• 3+ years of experience supporting software and technology in a mid- to large-size professional services environment (legal industry experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word
• Proficiency with legal-specific applications (e.g., document management, comparison tools, timekeeping systems, Adobe Acrobat Pro)
• Solid experience supporting Windows 10 and MacOS environments
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in high-pressure settings
• Familiarity with tools such as SCCM, Intune, RMM, or similar platforms
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills

What you will do:

• Act as the final tier for escalated application support issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• Maintain and optimize a diverse portfolio of enterprise and legal applications
• Manage application lifecycles, including upgrades, license tracking, patching, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to implement new solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and configuration standards
• Create and execute project plans for new application implementations
• Participate in QA/testing processes, training initiatives, and knowledge sharing
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in legal and enterprise software
