What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and provide hands-on support for Applied Systems Agency Management components, including the national instance EPIC
- Collaborate with corporate Agency Management Program leads, IT, and operational teams across the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Applied systems
- Provide technical support and training to users on system usage and best practices
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of in-depth technical knowledge of the Applied Systems Epic Agency Management System (Browser version)
- Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with users and stakeholders
- Knowledge of system security best practices and data privacy regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve system issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in migrating data from legacy systems into Applied Epic, including data mapping and cleansing
- Experience in integrating the Applied Epic system with third-party systems and managing APIs
- Exposure to accessing Epic data via their Data Lake and advanced analytics roadmap
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory and Group Policy
