What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and support the national instance of the Applied Systems Agency Management components, including EPIC
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and guide on system usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure effective system integration and management
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and updates in Applied systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of in-depth technical knowledge of the Applied Systems Epic Agency Management System (Browser version)
- Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of system security best practices and data privacy regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Applied system(s)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in migrating data from legacy systems into Applied Epic
- Familiarity with integrating the Applied Epic system with third-party systems and managing APIs
- Exposure to accessing Epic data via the Applied Data Lake and advanced analytics roadmap
