What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and provide hands-on support for all aspects of Applied Systems Agency Management components, particularly the national instance EPIC
- Collaborate with corporate Agency Management Program leads, IT, and operational teams to ensure system integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Applied system(s) and provide technical support to users
- Maintain system configurations, procedures, and user guides while managing system upgrades and performance optimization
- Stay updated with advancements in Applied systems and implement necessary enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of in-depth technical knowledge of the Applied Systems Epic Agency Management System (Browser version)
- Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and administration of Applied solutions such as Applied Epic and CSR24
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail for ensuring data integrity
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory and Group Policy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in migrating data from legacy systems into Applied Epic, including data mapping and cleansing
- Experience in integrating the Applied Epic system with other third-party systems and managing APIs
- Exposure to accessing Epic data via their Data Lake and advanced analytics roadmap
