What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide hands-on support and oversight for Applied Systems Agency Management components, including the national instance EPIC
- Collaborate with corporate Agency Management Program leads and IT and operational teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Applied systems
- Provide technical support and training to users, addressing their concerns and requirements
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user guides

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3+ years of in-depth technical knowledge of the Applied Systems Epic Agency Management System
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders
- Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and administration
- Knowledge of system security best practices and data privacy regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in migrating data from legacy systems into Applied Epic
- Familiarity with integrating Applied Epic with third-party systems and managing APIs
- Exposure to accessing Epic data via Applied Data Lake and advanced analytics roadmap
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and related infrastructure management
