Job summary

AUMOVIO, a technology company pioneering safe, connected mobility, is seeking an Application Software Engineer to develop Windows and web-based applications for process automation. You will collect requirements, design automated data pipelines, and document data sources while maintaining timelines and task schedules.

You will also create PowerBI visualizations and collaborate with a team, contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment focused on innovative software for mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficient in C# and object‑oriented programming.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with PowerBI and Excel data visualization.

The Application Software Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following:

• Develop applications (Windows and web based) for process automation and standardization
• Collect and author requirements for processes and tools
• Design and document automated data analysis pipelines
• Document data sources used in the analysis
• Develop and maintain a timing plan for the above topics
• Maintain meeting minutes and schedule of tasks
• Create and maintain PowerBI visualization reports
• Assistance with other tasks as needed and determined by management

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant field
• Programming experience in an object oriented language. C# preferred.
• Practical knowledge of visualization tools, such as Excel or PowerBI
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Interpersonal and organizational skills - must work well in a team
• Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills – must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, conference calls and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL database programming
