Application Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Application Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will help drive software development, automation, AI-powered solutions, application support, and business process optimization across a variety of technical initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in application development and support, with strong expertise in modern web technologies, cloud-based platforms, and emerging AI technologies. You will work with tools such as Node.js, React, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and Generative AI technologies to build robust business applications, intelligent automation solutions, and scalable integrations that enhance business efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern web technologies such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, and SQL. Build reliable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that support business operations and growth.
• AI-Powered Solution Development: Design, implement, and maintain AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Microsoft Copilot technologies, Azure AI services, and other Generative AI platforms to improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experiences.
• Automation & Workflow Optimization: Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), APIs, and AI-driven automation capabilities to streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
• Application Support: Provide ongoing support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and ensure reliable performance of both legacy and modern systems.
• System Integration & Optimization: Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, data platforms, and business systems to improve data flow and operational effectiveness.
• Data & Analytics Enablement: Support data-driven initiatives by developing solutions that leverage structured and unstructured data, business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, and AI-based insights.
• Business Process Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions using modern development and AI technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and company strategy.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, software development practices, and industry best practices to continuously improve business applications and development processes.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and software design skills with a focus on delivering secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and deploying AI agents, Copilot extensions, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and API management platforms.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure, AI Engineering, Power Platform, or related technologies.
