Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university required, preferably in Information Security, MIS, Computer Science
• 7+ years in information security, application security, or related regulatory/privacy areas for Manager I
• 10+ years in information security, application security, or related areas for Manager II
• 3+ years of enterprise-wide leadership experience for Manager I
• 5+ years of leadership experience for Manager II
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Experience in risk assessments, control analyses, remediation planning, and executive communication preferred
• 1+ years in identity governance and administration platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead security programs for application security and identity management across the bank’s environments
• Develop, communicate, and execute risk assessments and treatment plans
• Oversee governance, controls, and incident response related to security
• Mentor and lead a team, set goals, and conduct performance reviews
