Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting or equivalent experience in information security or related field.
• Significant leadership in a practice, program, or consulting role.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and drive opportunities.
• Experience shaping go-to-market offerings and solution development.
• Strong understanding of application security and cloud-native security.

Responsibilities

• Lead Application Security practice growth strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Develop trusted executive client relationships and identify business priorities.
• Shape opportunities from discovery through proposal and transition to delivery.
• Lead solution-design sessions and communicate business value and investment for proposals.
• Oversee delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction on engagements.
• Build and mentor the practice team and manage capacity planning.
