Responsibilities

• Analyze and triage findings from SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC, and container scanning tools; identify true positives.
• Provide remediation guidance to development teams for AppSec findings.
• Perform code reviews across Java, C/C++, Go, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript codebases.
• Integrate AppSec scanning into CI/CD pipelines to shift security left.
• Assess web apps and APIs against OWASP Top Ten (2025) and related standards.
• Review AI-assisted development workflows for risks like prompt injection and unsafe tool use.
• Investigate software supply chain risks and dependency issues.
• Write automation scripts in Go to streamline security processes.
• Evaluate IaC configurations (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, Ansible) for misconfigurations.
• Evaluate cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AppSec risk.
