Application Review Specialist (Remote/Part-Time/Temporary) - MD Admissions

Position Summary

This role collaborates with the admissions staff to develop strategic recruitment practices and manage prospective student pipelines for the MD program. Responsibilities include outreach through various channels, counseling prospective students, managing marketing and communications, and supporting recruitment events. The position requires knowledge of admission requirements and tracking applicant progress, with occasional involvement in the admission process and travel to recruitment events.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain recruitment strategies, support marketing initiatives, and ensure accurate dissemination of information.
  • Coordinate with diversity and outreach programs, manage prospect communication, and track applicant progress.
  • Assist in creating presentations and participate in recruitment events.
  • Report on applicant data, monitor trends, and assist with data cleanup and program audits.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required); Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
  • Relevant experience of at least 2 years.
  • Skills include adaptability, CRM software proficiency, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

Additional Information:

  • Salary Range: $17.87 - $27.06/hour.
  • Part-time, entry-level position in Higher Education.
