An Innova Solutions Client is immediately hiring for an Application Reliability Lead/Manager.

Position type: Full-time/Direct Hire

Duration: Direct Hire/Full-time

• Hybrid: Onsite 3 days/week
• Managing a small team (1 US-based, 4 in the Philippines)
• Comp: $125–145K + 12% bonus

Role Outline

The Application Reliability Lead/Manager leads a Tier 3 application support and enhancement team responsible for a broad portfolio of over 60 internal and customer-facing systems. This role ensures high-quality delivery through agile facilitation, while also mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of employees and contractors. The manager plays a key role in modernizing legacy systems and improving software reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Key Focus Areas

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development.
• Drive agile delivery practices to ensure timely issue resolution and software enhancement delivery.
• Lead efforts to modernize systems and improve software performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage performance, hiring, onboarding, and contractor oversight.
• Build collaborative partnerships across development, business, and vendor teams.
• Maintain high standards of system documentation and support process consistency.

Foundational Experience

This role requires a seasoned technical leader with hands-on experience in software support and development, particularly in Microsoft technologies. Experience in managing technical teams, facilitating agile delivery, and modernizing legacy systems is essential.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• 7 years of technical experience, with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, Azure, etc.)
• 2 years of leadership experience in a technical setting

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years in software delivery roles
• Certifications in Agile, DevOps, or Microsoft tech
• Experience in modernization or transformation initiatives

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $125k to $140K/yr plus 12% Bonus tied to company performance.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
