Job Opportunity: Intelligrants Software Developer (Remote - United States)

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) was established to realize cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. OTS manages a variety of hardware platforms, operating systems, databases, networks, third-party software, and custom applications.

OTS leads the State’s technology procurement process to standardize technology across the organization, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure scalability of new products, which can be offered to all relevant agencies.

Scope of Services

1. Customize or configure Intelligrants coding to provide agency-specific functionality.
2. Collaborate with application architects and database administrators to optimize the use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management, based on the complexity of State use.

Mandatory Expertise and Experience

• Understanding of Intelligrants grant management software architecture.
• Experience in source code development of Intelligrants using Python, Heroku PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI.

Expected Start Date: 05/26/2025

End Date: 05/26/2028

Work hours are within the State’s core hours of 7:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT. Flexibility may be required to work on State holidays, weekends, or outside core hours to meet critical deadlines.
