The CIAM application provides identity and access management shared services for Hartford digital applications. It includes registration, authentication, profile, and password management capabilities, along with the underlying identity repository and associated access services.
The application owner plays a crucial role in ensuring the application's availability, stability, and quality of service. As the representative of the application, they own all issues, requests, and team deliveries. Responsibilities include:

The annualized base pay range is based on market analysis. Actual pay may vary based on performance, skills, and competencies. The total compensation includes bonuses, incentives, and recognition. The range is:
$126,160 - $189,240
