Required Skills:

Application Manager, Order Management Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Product Managers to lead strategic and tactical initiatives in the Supply Chain and Order Management domain for Facebook’s AR/VR systems.
  2. Efficiently triage production support tickets, ensuring accurate resolution.
  3. Drive enhancements and new projects to improve product quality and user experience.
  4. Configure, set up, and update applications in EBS and Fusion systems.
  5. Understand EBS and Fusion Order Management data models, write complex SQL queries, and analyze data to identify and resolve issues.
  6. Participate in source control and code reviews, providing process expertise and assisting in designing end-to-end business processes.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  8. Monitor key application metrics, generate insights, and develop dashboards to track performance against goals.
  9. Identify business risks, document findings clearly, and coordinate with vendor support for escalations.
  10. Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and the broader engineering organization.
  11. Lead and support business readiness activities, including end-user training, testing, and deployment.
  12. Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields, plus five years of relevant post-baccalaureate experience.
  2. Five years of experience in:
  • PL/SQL programming
  • Designing and developing Supply Chain Systems
  • Defining and implementing IT operational metrics
  • Experience with Order Management, Purchasing, Oracle Inventory, Warehouse Management, i-Supplier Portal, iProcurement, Advanced Pricing, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, and Revenue Management
  • Leading cross-functional teams in strategic projects for business transformation, cost reduction, and process improvements
  • Managing complex projects involving business process analysis, system architecture, and design

Public Compensation: $225,177 to $265,430 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
