Responsibilities

• System Integration & API Engineering: Design, build, and maintain robust custom integrations and webhooks between 3P SaaS tools and internal systems.
• Tool Optimization & Rationalization: Evaluate software requests, track usage metrics, and streamline the enterprise SaaS footprint.
• Automation & Workflow Engineering: Write scripts and data pipelines to automate provisioning, allocations, and cross-platform data syncs.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as primary technical contact for complex app integrations and coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
