Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Application Infrastructure Lead to join our national intelligence program, based in Northern Virginia. You will lead a team of SharePoint admins and engineers, overseeing Email & Collaboration, PKI/IDAM, and Cloud Services (M365) across multiple sites.

You will design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions, gather requirements with stakeholders, and provide technical training and documentation. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility is required.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a Poly clearance.
8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's; Master’s preferred.
Proven SharePoint developer/engineer experience.
Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts and workflows.
Knowledge of SQL Server SSRS/SSAS/SSIS.
Experience engineering back-end and front-end SharePoint and load balancing.
Technical Project Management and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Engineer back-end SharePoint systems/databases and front-end applications.
Design and maintain SharePoint apps enabling collaboration and automated workflows.
Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and clients.
Configure and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
Test, debug, and monitor SharePoint performance.
Create technical docs and user guides; provide end-user training.
Collaborate with IT, DBAs, and network engineers for integration.
Stay current on SharePoint updates and new technologies.
Provide Technical Project Management to meet timelines and budgets.
