Job summary

Murata is seeking a Marketing Helpdesk Associate to support customer inquiries and assist in creating market-ready guides and tools. You will work with Design, Marketing and Sales Engineers to translate technical details into marketable materials and demos.

Travel may be required for shows and field research. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and coursework in engineering; strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Six+ months of related coursework in Computer/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and analytical skills; proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
Able to exercise judgment and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

Provides marketing helpdesk support and responds to technical questions from customers.
Interfaces with Design, Marketing and Sales Engineers to prepare market-based guides and sales tools.
Assigned projects for tradeshow demos, market research/analysis, digital media, etc.
Coordinates and responds to material data requests focused on Murata’s product lines.
Researches and prepares technical marketing information for Product management groups.
Tracks and reports customer inquiries by Product group and application to Product management.
