Accenture seeks a Custom Software Engineer for 100% onsite work in Bentonville, AR, to design and implement software solutions using Java EE, Spring Boot, and microservices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and ensure scalable, high-quality code, while applying agile practices to deliver client-focused results.

Role requires hands-on delivery, independent problem solving, and adherence to best practices in coding and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design effective software solutions. Implement best practices in coding and software development to ensure high-quality deliverables. Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications for performance and scalability. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment. Note: Role requires 100% onsite client work in Bentonville AR

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 2 year of experience in relevant related skills Master proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition Master proficiency in Spring Boot Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka Microservices and Light Weight 100% onsite client work High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot Architecture and Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service AKS is suggested along with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 11/17/2026.
