Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize fault isolation workflows for XADA technology.
• Work with customers, product engineering, and R&D to drive adoption of new methodologies.
• Lead technical reviews and provide expert guidance on fault localization strategies.
• Define and approve product application support plans for installation.
