Education And Experience »

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (required).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ITSM, ITOM modules.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Operations working with a variety of IT teams.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow HAM Pro experience preferred.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »

• Understanding of ServiceNow best practices in coding, workflows, etc.
• Knowledge of ITIL & ITSM is preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB best practices is highly desired including Common Services Data Model (CSDM), Discovery (Automated Horizontal Discovery), & Service Mapping (Automated Vertical Discovery).
  
  

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead administrative duties ties to the ServiceNow platform including upgrades, configuration changes, etc.
• Assist with developing code per best practices of ServiceNow for enhancements.
• Assist in monitoring the MID Servers to ensure adequate uptime & accurate configuration
• Day to day support of the ServiceNow platform and core capabilities.
• Help design & build integrations, alongside ServiceNow administrators with various systems (especially using Integration Hub).
• Ability to gather and document business requirements, write detailed user stories, and define acceptance criteria using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ensure the platform adheres to corporate Security Policy as well as ISO 27001/2 requirements.
• Install & maintains ServiceNow patches up to date.
• Learns the corporate ITSM processes to address Change Requests, Incidents, Problems, etc.
• Support process compliance and governance.
• Development of Dashboards and Reporting for the business.
