Accountabilities

• Provide field-engineering support, advising on customer requirements and application of products.
• Suggest modifications to existing specifications for improved engineering and manufacturing.
• Work on adaptations to existing designs to meet customer needs.
• Advise the engineering department on designs and manufacturing methods.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding tooling applications.
• Assist sales by demonstrating tools during complex applications.
• Evaluate returned warranty tooling and coordinate repairs.
• Deliver feedback to teams concerning tooling performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cutting tool applications and metalworking.
• Knowledge of tooling products and relevant industry standards.
• Preferred experience with CAD/CAM and multiple software systems.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CNC programming.
