The Regal Rexnord Corp Application Engineer role is a trusted technical resource supporting Nook and Thomson products across customer applications. You will engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into safe, cost-effective recommendations that meet performance specs.

This role acts as the technical bridge between our products and customers in real-world environments. You will provide product selection guidance, coordinate with Product Design, Production, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Entry-level exposure to application engineering or technical support preferred.
• Lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma preferred.
• Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely product selection guidance based on customer requirements.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product Design, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Communicate professionally across multiple channels, including phone, email, video conferencing.
• Deliver basic postsales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries.
• Leverage internal resources (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping) to address and resolve customer needs.
• Prepare and document pricing proposals for modified or customized product configurations.
• Support field sales teams in managing accounts and driving product direction, profitability, growth, and achievement of sales objectives.
• Contribute to the development of standard procedures and policies that promote lean office practices and performance metrics.

Opportunity:

The Application Engineer serves as a trusted technical resource, ensuring the accurate and effective use of Nook and Thomson products across a wide range of customer applications. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their requirements and translate those needs into wellreasoned, safe, and costeffective product recommendations that meet all performance specifications. • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.


• Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Expected salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
