Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• 0-10 years of engineering, manufacturing, or related technical experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and 3D/2D drafting and modeling software.
• Strong analytical skills with emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
• Attention to detail with ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to multi-task based on departmental needs.
• Good team player with collaboration skills.
• General understanding of basic project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for new ideas.
• Lean Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and application-based technical customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical expertise with product selection and installation support, recommending creative solutions to customer issues.
• Work directly with product designers to ensure model and drawing accuracy.
• Occasionally travel to provide on-site customer service, including training, installation support, and diagnosis.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, product management, R&D, and quality functions.
• Create new part numbers and establish/maintain BOMs.
• Manage cost reduction and lean/continuous improvement projects, including lab testing, design, and qualification.
• Regular attendance at work is essential.
