Job summary

ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona, to provide expert support for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments. The role involves working closely with Application Engineers to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will also develop and conduct technical seminars and provide essential pre/post-sales support including customer demonstrations and equipment training.

Job description

• Technical support for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments and applications
• Work closely with a team of Application Engineers and regional Account Managers to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
• Develop and deliver technical seminars and customer training sessions in the Southwest Region
• Pre/Post-sales support, including customer demonstrations, equipment start-up, and training
• Consultant to customers involved in research, development and test of RF and Microwave products and systems
• Provide technical feedback to product developers to influence product enhancements and future roadmaps
