Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand product applications and communicate usage/benefits.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Support customer and sales inquiries with product knowledge.
• Triage and resolve customer problems with internal teams.
• Build relationships with sales partners through training and visits.
• Maintain sales collateral and contribute to product development.
• Perform product gap analyses and assist multi-year planning.
• Travel 25–30% to support key accounts across the US.
