ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) Division is seeking an engineer to join the global applications team, delivering guidance on products and services to customers and internal teams and resolving complex design challenges.
The role emphasizes tailoring proposals, conducting lab trials, DOE work, post-install support, and ongoing product improvement with a strong independent work ethic and clear communication.
ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) Division is made up of four brands strongly recognized by Contract Manufacturers and OEMs in the Electronics and Industrial Markets. The Division designs, develops, manufactures, and markets capital equipment primarily used in the assembly process of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and other industrial applications.
This position provides an opportunity to join a global applications team. In this role, you will deliver application and technical guidance on products and services to both customers and internal team members to ensure effective solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex application and system design challenges, while also identifying and recommending viable alternative solutions.
Additionally, you will evaluate customer requirements and develop tailored proposals and presentations demonstrating how the company’s products or services can address those needs and integrate effectively with existing systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Working conditions involve seated computer work and occasional operation and work on company equipment/products. requires 50% seating, 20% standing, 10% bending, 10% walking and 10% light lifting to twenty-five pounds. Travel up to 10%. A valid passport is required.

The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. The range for this position is :$72,000 – $110,000 (annually).
