Job summary

Station Casinos in Las Vegas seeks an application engineer to deploy, configure, manage, and optimize various enterprise applications.

You will work in an Agile team with engineers to deliver features from the product backlog, communicating with stakeholders and governance bodies, and adhering to company standards.

2+ years in enterprise environment with hospitality/gaming applications is preferred; on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with proficiency in at least two major Station Casinos products.
• Experience with hospitality, gaming, or accounting applications such as POS, PMS, ERP, and HR systems.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Description

Deploy, configure, manage, and optimize various applications in use at Station Casinos and work in an Agile Team environment with other Engineers to deliver application capabilities as described in the product backlog. Work in an agile team environment with other Engineers to deliver application features and functions as described in product backlog user stories. Accept guidance from Team Members, Guild leaders, and Mentors to build skills and work-related knowledge and abilities. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with demonstrable proficiency in at least two of the major products in use at Station Casinos preferred. Working knowledge in Hospitality, Gaming and/or Accounting applications, including but not limited to POS, property management systems (PMS), Spa, Access Control, ADP, ERP, Oracle HR, IGT Gaming systems, Genesis, Stadium, Miomni, Everi, and others. Working knowledge of agile principles and practices. Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with Stakeholders, Team Members, Product Owners, and Management in both written and verbal form. Must be able to work on call as required. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
