Job summary

Avalue Technology is seeking an entry‑level engineer to join our Marlboro, NJ team and support integration of cameras, sensors, displays, and wireless modules. You will configure BIOS, flash OS images, and document test results for customers and the engineering group.

You will gain hands‑on experience with embedded hardware and software, system integration, and RMA processes while growing toward project management or engineer roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering.
• Experience with microcontrollers, SBCs, or embedded platforms.
• Knowledge of computer architecture.
• Experience with Windows and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate peripherals, including cameras, image sensors, displays, touch panels, and wireless/cellular modules.
• Configure BIOS settings, install drivers, and flash OS images on Windows and Linux systems.
• Write clear test reports and communicate findings to customers and the engineering team.
• Conduct Testing & Troubleshooting of embedded systems (Hardware & Software).
• System integration
• Provide reports and feedback to assist staffs
• Learn product offering and troubleshoot processes
• Assist in RMA (repair) process
• Growth opportunities to move to Project Management or Engineer position
• Attend & represent the company at trade shows
