Job summary

Soni is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Dynamics 365-based platform. You will define architecture, patterns, and DevOps practices for enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.

You will act as the technical authority, mentor engineers, review code, and collaborate with external integrators to ensure security, compliance, and high quality. Familiarity with ALM, CI/CD, and security is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Proven ability to define architecture, patterns, and engineering standards.
• Dataverse ALM expertise, multi-environment strategies, security roles.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive software engineering experience preferred.
• Deep, recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Proven experience defining architecture, patterns, and engineering standards for a team or enterprise platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dataverse ALM, including managed/unmanaged solutions, multi-environment strategies, security roles, and release governance.
• Experience with Azure identity and security, including App Registrations and Managed Identity.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience mentoring engineers and reviewing code and technical work produced by others.
• Ability to operate independently as the senior technical authority for a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, MB-500/600, AZ-204, AZ-305, or similar.
• Experience establishing engineering standards and architecture practices from the ground up.
• Experience managing or evaluating systems integrators or outsourced development teams.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-line-of-business Dynamics 365/CRM environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and emerging Microsoft platform capabilities.

Compensation

Up to $165,000 annually

Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
