One of our companies is currently looking for an Application Engineer, Consultant Liaison Americas in the USA.

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the growth strategy for fixed installations in the Americas market. You’ll serve as the representative of the brand, providing technical support, sound design assistance, and training to the consultant community. By working closely with regional teams, you will contribute to the implementation of strategies that drive brand awareness and sales. You will also maintain relationships with key consultants and design engineers while supporting projects through trade shows, presentations, and events. Your role will require a mix of technical expertise, relationship management, and strategic vision to help achieve company objectives and market growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the execution of a consultant-driven fixed installation growth strategy in the Americas.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the brand, showcasing its value, culture, and technology.
  • Provide sound design assistance, technical support, and product demos to the consultant community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key consultants and design engineers in the performing arts and theatre markets.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences to promote products, offer technology presentations, and build industry awareness.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, including application, sales, and marketing, to ensure effective brand adoption and market penetration.
  • Support and implement key performance metrics to track market activities and translate data into actionable sales strategies.
  • 8+ years of experience in the audio or related industry, with a background as a consultant or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fixed installation market and expertise with leading professional sound design consulting firms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders in the consultant community.
  • Strong ability to work independently, structured, and self-contained.
  • Familiarity with L-Acoustics systems and technologies.
  • Proficiency in design and acoustic simulation tools such as Soundvision, EASE, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings, tradeshows, and project support.
  • Availability to work outside of regular office hours as needed.
