Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical/engineering role; customer interface experience preferred.
Strong understanding of engineering theory and application to assigned tasks.
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities as a member of customer teams.
Interface with customer design engineering to drive implementation of products.
Provide training and troubleshooting for customers.
