Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support & Product Selection: assist in selecting and configuring correct products and thermodynamic solutions.
• Technical RFQ Response: analyze RFQs to generate precise technical proposals and bills of materials.
• Pricing Support: provide accurate technical cost calculations and component selections in collaboration with sales.
• Front-Line Technical Advisory: act as SME for clients, sales reps, and distributors on product applications and specs.
• Post-Sales Engineering: assist with technical issues, system startup guidance, and field troubleshooting.
