• Provide technical expertise with product selection and installation support, recommending creative solutions to customer issues.
• Work directly with product designers to ensure model and drawing accuracy.
• Occasionally travel to provide on-site customer service, including training, installation support, and diagnosis.
• Collaborate with other business functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, product management, R&D, and quality.
• Create new part numbers and establish/maintain BOMs.
• Manage cost reduction and lean/continuous improvement projects, including laboratory testing, design, and qualification.
• Regular attendance at work is essential.

In this role, you will act as a functional engineer, driving improved decision-making and providing executional support for the business. You will support both internal and external customers by leading traditional Application Engineering projects and working to enhance overall engineering performance. Your goal will be to improve customer experience and business performance through continuous product enhancements.
