Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on, cross-functional engineering mindset and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customer inquiries and engineering requests.
• Develop and execute test plans with internal labs.
• Interpret specifications (ICEA, IEEE, UL, NEC, ASTM, NEMA, etc.).
• Partner with manufacturing and R&D to solve design challenges.
• Participate in field installations and standards committees.
