Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the sales and product development lifecycle. Collaborate directly with customers to understand technical requirements, application challenges, performance expectations, and program objectives. Develop and recommend standard, modified, or customized motion control solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives. Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering and manufacturing teams.

  • Application Engineering & Product Expertise

Evaluate customer applications and perform technical analysis, motor sizing, feasibility assessments, and performance validation activities. Apply technical expertise in motors, gearboxes, electromechanical systems, and motion control technologies to identify optimal solutions. Support development of custom-engineered products for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications. Serve as a subject matter expert on Portescap's precision motion technologies and product portfolio.

Lead customer programs from concept through development, qualification, testing, and production launch. Coordinate cross-functional activities among engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and commercial teams. Provide ongoing technical support throughout the life of customer programs. Identify opportunities for business growth, product expansion, and long-term customer partnerships.

  • Market & Product Insights
